Published notice of the criteria and methods for providing the bonus of 1,000 € for the birth of a son, a former article 6, paragraph 5 LR n.10/2003- Year 2010
Applications must be submitted by August 31, 2010
Under dell.art.6, paragraph 5 of Law July 31, 2003, No. 10, in order to promote the reduction and overcoming the economic obstacles to procreation for smaller families poor, is expected to be awarded a bonus of € 1000.00 for the birth of a son, on the basis of the parameters and criteria specified in the notice.
The application should be made on specific form prepared by the relevant Regional Council, which is also attached to the notice public in the form of a declaration in lieu of an affidavit, under Article 46 and ff. Presidential Decree 445 of 28 December 2000, and the same will be submitted to the Protocol Office of the City of Piazza Armerina, by August 31, 2010.
application shall be accompanied by the following documentation:
- photocopy of a valid recognition of the moment, under Article 38 of Presidential Decree 445/2000;
- ISEE indicator certificate issued by the Office entitled, with income refers to the year 2009;
- in case of non-Community spouse, a copy of a residence permit valid;
- Copy of the adoption order.
The presentation of the above documentation is required for admission to the benefits and applications lacking even a single document may be rejected.
The Regional Department of Family and Social Affairs will prepare the regional ranking by ordering entities applying for growing ISEE indicator. In cases of ex aequo will be given priority to children with birth date front.
By Decree of the Director General will proceed to the allotment and allocation of funds to municipalities applicants, according to the ranking on the extent of the regional budget available.
The bonus will be paid directly to beneficiaries by the city, up to the amount allocated by the Region. Source
