Dear taxpayer,
The City Council at its meeting on 09 June 2010 approved the regulations for the payment of Environmental Health Fee ( TIA).
This year the TIA, which is governed by art. 49 of Legislative Decree no. 22/97, kept in force by. 238 of Legislative Decree no. 152 dated 03/04/2006, is charged directly by the City.
The Environmental Health Fee or TIA is the system of financing municipal waste management and cleaning of common introduced in Italy by the Ronchi decree replacing TARSU, the fee on municipal solid waste.
With this note we want to make known to all citizens as this administration is planning the service of collecting the tariff.
The rate has been established in this Municipality in 2005.
For the current year will be applied at the rate of 2005, further reduced VAT and collection costs, the possibility for citizens to pay directly to the City through the post office, post private banks and other methods of payment.
