all concerned that March 31, 2011: Deadline for submission of applications for the construction of terrace seasonal and annual fair regulation adopted by resolution no cc 24 of 29.04.2009.
may file for approval: 1) Holders of outlets for the public administration of food and beverages (tipp. a / b / c, art. 5, paragraph 1, d) of Act 287/91 ;
2) The holders of traditional activities (such as pizzerias, delicatessens)
3) The owners of neighborhood businesses (food).
The permission for the annual outdoor area can be requested only by holders of premises for the public administration of food and beverages.
are excluded from the submission of the owners of premises tip. c, Art. 3, paragraph 6 of Law 287/91, where the business' entertainment and leisure, and 'a minority of activity' of administration.
are reminded holders of premises falling in the center that will bring the terrace, just art. 4, paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of that regulation.
model authorization request can be downloaded from the town of Piazza Armerina and withdrawn from the productive sector activities and economic development site in the atrium Fundrò.
